    Beauty2u.com is a service provided by KleverStuff Ltd in the UK. KleverStuff Ltd is a marketing consultancy specialising in product marketing within the beauty and cosmetics industry.

  3. What is the sequence of events that occurs when i order ?

    When you order from beauty2u.com you are required to pay for your goods in full at the checkout using a debit or credit card. Assuming that your card payment is processed ok, which is usually indicated immediately in your web browser, we can proceed with your order. At this point, a member of staff will review the order to verify that we have all the information we need in order to process the order and that we have stock. If all is ok, the order is passed to our fulfillment department for picking & shipping. If everything proceeds as expected then your goods are shipped out immediately (on the same day if the order is received and checked before 3pm). There are rare occasions when the stock levels stated on our site are not matched by stock discovered on the shelf when we come to pick your order. In this case we order stock immediately from our suppliers and it is shipped out to you as soon as it arrives. If this is likely to add more than 24-48 hours to your order, we will contact you and offer you the option to choose either wait, order alternative products or cancel the order.

    No. Beauty2u.com will accept orders in the evenings and over weekends, but these are not processed until the next working day.
